One year, covered
Every eligible AUVIELIGHT product carries a one-year limited warranty from the day it's delivered, covering genuine defects in material or workmanship under normal use. The business behind AUVIELIGHT, stands behind this — and it sits on top of whatever rights you already have under consumer law, not in place of them.
If it's a matter of replacement parts
When a claim is approved and the fix is a replacement part, we cover the shipping ourselves. We'll confirm exactly what's being sent and how before it goes out.
If the whole piece needs replacing
For a full product replacement or exchange, we'll talk through the details and agree everything in writing first — except where the law puts that cost on us regardless, in which case we honor that.
Starting a claim
Email support@auvielight.com with your order number, the product, when it was installed, and a clear description of what's wrong — photos help. If something seems unsafe, stop using it rather than waiting on our reply.
How we assess it
We look at the product, what happened, and the terms that apply before deciding on a remedy. Ordinary wear or the natural variation you'd expect in a material isn't the same thing as a defect — but whatever we decide, the product still has to match its description and meet the standard the law requires.
If it needs to come back to us
Where a return is part of the resolution, and unless we've agreed something different in writing, it goes to our warehouse in Guzhen, Zhongshan — not the London address, which doesn't accept returns. Email us first for written authorization and the exact address to use.
Your rights, regardless
Nothing here limits a right or remedy the law says can't be signed away, and stronger local protections always take priority over what's written in this policy.
