Check voltage, installation location, dimensions, weight and any product-specific environmental rating. Do not assume every product is suitable for outdoor or damp locations.
Plan the installation
Have a qualified installer assess the mounting surface, electrical supply and other site requirements. Product information does not replace local installation requirements.
Inspect before fitting
Check the item and supplied components before arranging installation. If anything appears damaged or missing, contact us before proceeding.
Respond to a concern
Stop using a product that appears unsafe. Damaged wiring, smoke or unusual heat require appropriate professional attention. Contact our team once the immediate concern is safely addressed.
Understand shipment protection
If a separate protection service applies to your order, review its provider, scope, exclusions and reporting requirements. No blanket insurance coverage is represented by this page.
Send useful information
Provide the order number, product, issue description and relevant photographs. Avoid operating an unsafe product merely to record a video.
One-year warranty
AUVIELIGHT provides a one-year limited warranty. Shipping for approved warranty replacement parts is paid by the seller. Whole-product replacement costs are agreed with the customer, subject to mandatory consumer rights.
