Ginkgo Constellation · Brass, Glass & Ceramic · G9 · Hardwired Chandelier
This Ginkgo Constellation chandelier combines a branching brass frame with white ceramic ginkgo leaves and frosted glass orbs, each lit from a G9 bulb. Sized from a compact 6-light, 23.6-inch version up to a 12-light, 38.6-inch spread, it works as a dining room chandelier over a table or a living room centerpiece over a seating area, with an available brass or black body finish. Each socket takes a G9 LED or Edison bulb, and the fixture is dimmable when paired with a compatible bulb and dimmer switch. It's a hardwired ceiling mount with an 11.8-inch hanging rod on the 6 and 8-light versions, or a 19.7-inch rod on the 9 and 12-light versions, extendable on request for higher ceilings.

What bulbs does this chandelier take?
Every socket uses a G9-base bulb, LED or Edison style. We recommend a warm white 2700-3000K LED G9 for a soft glow through the glass orbs and ceramic leaves.
Can I dim this chandelier?
Yes, it's dimmable if you pair it with a dimmable G9 bulb and a compatible dimmer switch. The standard wall switch needed to operate it is not included.
Do I need an electrician to install this?
Yes. This is a hardwired ceiling mount, so installation should be done by a licensed electrician connecting it to your home's wiring.
Can I get a longer hanging rod for a high ceiling?
The standard rod is 11.8" on the 6 and 8-light versions, or 19.7" on the 9 and 12-light versions. An extended rod is available on request if you need extra drop for a higher ceiling.
Hang the 6-light or 8-light version over a dining table or kitchen island, or size up to the 9-light or 12-light spread for a larger dining room or a two-story living room. The branching brass frame with ceramic ginkgo leaves and glass orbs suits modern glam and transitional interiors, and the brass or black body finish makes it easy to match existing fixtures in the room.
A chandelier delivering ambient and accent lighting — ideal for dining room, foyer, living room, staircase, entryway. This energy-efficient LED lighting fixture casts a soft, glare-free glow in your choice of warm or neutral color temperature, blending refined craftsmanship with everyday comfort.

A CLEAR NEXT STEP
Bring the right information together and make your first enquiry more productive.

Discuss which changes and visual studies may be suitable. Scope, fees and timing need to be agreed for your request.

GOOD TO KNOW
A room concept can help you discuss placement, proportions and finish combinations. It is a way to compare ideas before final specifications are agreed.
A visualization does not replace installation drawings, load calculations or electrical advice. Your installer needs the confirmed product specifications and site conditions.
Changes to size, drop length, finish or configuration depend on the selected product. Share your preferences and ask for confirmation of availability and lead time.

AUVIELIGHT · A SENSE OF PROPORTION
Start with the room, the furniture and the space you move through. A few careful measurements help you see whether a light belongs.
EXPLORE THE GUIDE
AT THE TABLE
As an initial visual exercise, compare a fixture around one-half to two-thirds of the table’s width. Shape, light distribution and the room can change what feels right.
This is a proportion study, not an installation specification. Check the actual fixture and have the final position reviewed for your space.
BEYOND THE TABLE
Record floor-to-ceiling height and the proposed drop. Allow for movement, doors and sightlines.
Measure the room and the furniture zone the light will serve. Consider the fixture from different viewpoints.
Check the relationship to mirrors, headboards, shelving and switches before choosing the mounting position.
Look at shade height, reading position and nearby surfaces. The best scale also works for everyday use.
BEFORE YOU DECIDE
Use a paper outline or simple temporary marker to see the intended size in the room. Never suspend an unsafe improvised weight.
Keep width, depth, ceiling height and the product dimensions together.
Look from the doorway, seated positions and adjacent rooms.
Review the product instructions, suspension limits and mounting needs with your installer.

AUVIELIGHT · RETURNS INFORMATION
A clear place to understand the return enquiry process and the information our team will need.
You have 30 calendar days from confirmed delivery to request a return or exchange — just email support@auvielight.com with your order number, the item, and why you'd like to send it back. A request isn't complete until we've replied with written authorization, and any right to cancel that the law gives you doesn't wait on our approval.
For a change-of-mind return, we ask that the item be unused, uninstalled and unmodified, with every accessory and its original protective packaging intact. Opening the box carefully to check the item over doesn't disqualify it on its own — the packaging and product just need to still be complete and undamaged when it comes back to us. None of this overrides rights you have by law.
Email us with your order number, which item you're returning, and your reason. Attach photos of the product, the box, the inner packaging and the shipping label if anything's wrong with it — that helps us move faster. Once we approve the return, we'll send you the address and any instructions; ship it with a trackable service, and for anything fragile or valuable, insurance is worth the cost. Hold onto your carrier receipt and tracking number until the whole thing is resolved.
If you're returning something simply because you changed your mind, or it wasn't quite what you pictured for the room, that return shipping — along with insurance and any related charges — is on you; for large or international pieces, that can add up, so ask us about the likely cost before you order if you're unsure. If instead the item arrived faulty, damaged in transit, or wasn't what you actually ordered, we cover reasonable return costs ourselves once the issue is confirmed.
The correct return address depends on your order and where it originally shipped from, so please wait for our written instructions rather than guessing. In most cases that address is our warehouse in Guzhen, Zhongshan, Guangdong; the UK correspondence address is a contact point, not a place to send returns, unless we've told you otherwise in writing for your specific order.
Tell us as soon as you can — ideally within 7 days of delivery — and include photos of the unopened box, the shipping label, the inner packaging and the item itself. Hold onto everything until we've given you next steps; please don't repair, discard, or send anything back before then. Reporting promptly helps us resolve it faster, but a later report doesn't cost you any right the law already gives you.
Anything made or personalized specifically to your order isn't eligible for a change-of-mind return once we've started producing it — though this doesn't affect your rights if the item turns out to be faulty or not what was described. The same goes for anything that's been installed, altered, damaged through use, or is missing its original parts or packaging.
Want to swap for something else? The same authorization process applies. We'll confirm any price difference, shipping cost and lead time with you in writing before we process it.
Once your return reaches us, we aim to inspect it within 3 to 5 business days. From there, an approved refund usually reaches your original payment method within 7 to 14 business days, though your bank may take a little longer to post it. Wherever the law sets a faster deadline than this, we follow that instead. Where a deduction is legally permitted — for example, for reduced value from use beyond a reasonable check — we'll explain it before applying it.
Reach out as soon as possible if you want to change or cancel an order. Within 24 hours of ordering, we'll make a requested cancellation or address change free of charge and confirm it in writing. After that, what is possible depends on order status; there may be permissible nonrecoverable costs, which we'll explain before asking you to confirm.
Nothing in this policy limits a consumer right or remedy that can't legally be excluded, and wherever your local law offers stronger protection than what's written here, that stronger protection is what applies.
